  1. Welcome
    Welcome to Dot LND, a private company offering non-accredited Professional Development courses.

 

  1. Structure of courses offered

All offered programs are made available online. After the purchase, non-downloadable resources will be available in your dashboard.

 

  1. Enrolling in a course

Once you have selected your professional development course, you can make the purchase, enroll online and commence your studies immediately.

 

  1. Course registration and fees

4.1       Depending on the course you wish to enroll in; the course costs will vary and are always published on our website.

4.2       Course fees are payable at the time of enrolment.

4.3       Please contact us for corporate/ group bookings.

4.4       Bookings are not confirmed until payments or authorised purchase orders are received.

4.6       All cheques should be made payable to dot LND Pty Ltd.

4.7       You will be responsible for any chargebacks or penalty fees for using an unauthorised credit/ debit card. All such cases will be referred to our Collection Agent/ solicitor. You will be responsible for all associated recovery & legal costs, in addition to the original fees, and the bank charges/ fees/ penalties.

 

  1. Cancellation and refund policy

5.1       No refunds or course changes are applicable.

5.2       Enrolments are non-transferrable.

 

  1. Course changes

6.1       Course changes are not permissible.

 

  1. Entry Requirements

7.1       You must be 15+ years of age as a minimum to enroll in any of our courses.

 

  1. Complaints and Appeals

When a person wishes to lodge a formal complaint because of:

  • a decision which affects them (e.g. an assessment decision);
  • unacceptable behavior (e.g. harassment, discrimination, victimisation)
  • training and/or assessment services provided.

the following procedures will be followed:

8.1 Students will be required to email us their complaint including all details, facts and figures.

8.2       On receipt of this email, the Student Coordinator will collect further information from stakeholders and will prepare the ‘Complaint Lodgement Form.

8.3       All relevant parties will be required to sign the form.

8.4       Student Coordinator will act as Officer-in-Charge and/or appoint another person to act as Officer-in-Charge.

8.5       Officer-in-Charge will investigate the issue and will make the decision on the basis of the information provided.

8.6       Officer-in-Charge’s decision will be considered final and will be abiding by all relevant parties.

 

  1. Assessment

9.1       dot LND’s assessment processes will be valid, reliable, flexible, and fair.

9.2       Submitted assessments (excluding online quizzes) are marked and returned to the student with appropriate feedback within 10 business days.

 

  1. Discipline / Participant Conduct

Enrolled students are required to behave in a manner that is courteous, safe, and not disruptive within training and assessment activities conducted by dot LND. The following are examples of unacceptable behavior or actions:

  • Any misuse, legal or illegal, of property (including intellectual property) of dot LND;
  • Any unsafe or illegal practice;
  • Dishonesty in training and assessment activities;
  • Obstructive behavior;
  • Disorderly, disruptive, or harassing behavior;
  • Non-payment of the fee;
  • Discrimination towards any other person;
  • Gross misconduct may result in suspensions or expulsion from dot LND programs, without any refunds.
